Weak Foot Wall Passes

A gentle weak-foot routine that builds confidence without asking a child to kick hard or far.

How to set it up
SAFE WALLPASS, THEN MOVEFIRST TOUCH

Stand close to a safe wall, pass with the weaker foot, and reset without turning the round into a test.

Setup

One ball and a safe wall. Use small garden or driveway and keep the area safe before starting.

Steps

  1. Stand close to the wall with the weaker foot ready.
  2. Make five soft passes with the weaker foot.
  3. Stop the ball with the stronger foot if needed.
  4. Try for three calm rounds.

Coaching points

  • Start close.
  • Use soft contact.
  • Reward attempts, not only perfect passes.

Common mistakes

  • Starting too far away.
  • Turning weak-foot work into punishment.

Next practice

Pick one short session. Stop while the child still wants another turn.
